British Virgin Islands

The British Virgin Islands are formed by a group of 36 islands located to the east of Puerto Rico.
Integrate the Small Antilles and they are between the Ocean Atlantic and the sea Caribbean. Of these islands 16 are only inhabited.

The aborigines that inhabited these islands were the Arawak, and later, the caribeses. These were discovered by Christopher Columbus, in the year of 1.493 and in 1.648 they were colonized by the Dutchmen, then in 1.666 they were conquered by the Englishmen.
